Shipments and returns

Please read carefully before ordering

1. Order Fulfillment

Boost Button, LLC strives to ship all orders in a timely manner. However, many of our products are manufactured on an on-demand basis. As such, there may be significant lead time to fulfill your order. Typically, custom orders may require up to 4 weeks to complete and have ready for shipping. Orders made in the months of April, May or June may take longer due to heavy workload in these months. If you have any concerns about the time to complete your order, please contact us before ordering.

2. Shipping Method   

BoostButton prefers USPS for shipping all orders. We ship Priority Mail whenever it is cost effective. Otherwise we ship using Parcel Post. Smaller orders will be sent First Class. If you have a different preferred shipping method, please contact us when you place your order. A shipping premium may be requested.

3. Returns    

BoostButton will always strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason and wish to return your order, please contact us to make arrangements.

4. Core Policy

BoostButton does not do core charge + refund. If you choose to send in your core, it will be the computer that is used for your order. If you have a special request for core handling, please contact us to make arrangements. All cores are expected to be in good working condition. We do not repair cores.
